Join your school
Start with the people you know
Create your profile and choose an available nearby school. HYPE uses a fresh location check during signup to find supported schools, then keeps your verified school membership so the experience stays within your school.
Build your circle
Find friends and classmates
Use Add Friends to search your school, explore friends-of-friends, accept requests, or invite someone from Contacts. Friend requests and invitations stay separate from answering polls.
Answer positive polls
Pick the classmate who fits
HYPE gives you upbeat questions and four choices. While your school is still getting started, HYPE prioritizes eligible classmates and can fill the remaining choices from Contacts you allowed. Every accepted answer follows the same Coin and cooldown rules.

Your pick becomes HYPE
An eligible same-school member receives your pick in their Inbox. If a Contact has not joined yet, the HYPE can be delivered after that phone joins and verifies the same school within 90 days. Polling never sends an invitation, and your identity stays anonymous.

Earn Coins and use Boosts
Answer poll questions to earn Coins. Spend them in the Shop on a Random Boost or Crush Boost, which can place your name into future eligible polls without revealing the recipients.

After a real batch, wait for the next poll window or unlock another round by sending one Messages invitation. Inbox, Activity, notifications, and your Profile help you see what is new without exposing anonymous senders.
